The big needle

We got home too late last night for me to write about my encounter with the hcg shot. Mrs. Vanda got out the needle to inject the medication and it was very flimsy (which is good!!!)The thinner the needle the less it will hurt. The medication was also not as thick as we thought it would be when we mixed it up. I have to say that it is soooo nice having a mother-in-law that gives shots to little babies. I didn't even feel the needle when it went in! After about ten minutes the medication started to hurt inside my skin but the shot was nothing. Today my lower hip -which is where the needle went in- is pretty tender. There is no bruise though. Tomorrow is the big day. Please pray for us and we will see what happens.
