The movers are supposed to deliver our household goods on Monday, August 9th!!! I am so happy :) Jeremy's brother is supposed to come on the 8th and he will help Jeremy move the big stuff over to the house. I will have two kiddos to take care of, so I won't be much help, but I need to be there to help figure out where furniture will go. We are supposed to meet with the couple we will be renting from on Friday sometime. It is such a relief to have everything nailed down and now we can just count the days till we're in a house!!! Yay!

Are you still apprehensive about the house?

Yeah!!! I too say! That was fast. We were just texting about it yesterday... I'm so happy for you all. We def. need to get a couple of baby gates to keep Mr. Mobile from falling down stairs! My Nana-mind is already thinking on that kind of stuff... Love you all, M♥M

Cat-
Our real apprehension with the house was the size. I really wanted a house where we had room for family or friends to come visit, and this house doesn't really have it (it would if the basement was finished!!!). We will even have to leave some of our furniture packed up in the basement because it just won't fit in this house. The apprehension was really about making a decision solely based on getting into a house and going over what we could/should actually spend. The house is in an expensive neighborhood and the guy wanted over 1,000 dollars a month for it, and I just couldn't justify paying that much money for a house that isn't what we would really want even after we sell our house and could afford it. When *he* talked us into renting the house (we're paying less than 600 dollars a month in rent) I knew that we could not pass up this opportunity. I really see the house and my new babysitting job as great blessings from the Lord. I guess that was a long way of saying, no I'm pretty much at peace with how everything worked out and soooo excited!

YAY!!!! I am excited for ya'll! We got our appraisal done and it came back already and everything is good on that part. We should get the approval to order the house on Friday and if we do then we can go ahead and pick all of our colors and what not and they will order the house on Monday if she can. Then it will hopefully only take about 3-4 weeks to get the new house on our property. So I have officially started packing and time is creeping up very quickly on me!

That's a great deal cheaper in rent, but definitely a bummer about the lack of extra space. I'm very excited for you and even more excited to hear you're at peace! That's awesome.
