Weight loss...
So my weight loss has been gradual. Gradual is a good way of saying really slow! So far I have lost 8 pounds, but I thought I'd be losing much faster than this. I eat so much better than I ever have in my life, which I assumed would lead to losing weight quickly. Not so much. I know I need to exercise but walking on the treadmill is so boring and running hurts my knees. This week I have decided to try using the wii fit for what it was actually made for -exercise- instead of just playing the games on it :) I have started doing yoga for about 30 minutes a day. I'm not burning a ton of calories, but every morning when I wake up I can feel my muscles have been getting worked out. The Wii also keeps track of my weight, so as long as I use it every day or every couple of days I will see if I make any progress. We'll see if this helps speed the weight loss along at all. A good diet and moving more should help right? I've only got 5 pounds till my pre-baby weight!

Get yourself some weights then when you build muscle up the calories will come off faster! I'll be right there with you in about three weeks!

I found the Jillian Michaels workout DVD's - the 30 day shred and this one other one (it's 50 min) really help me not get super bored and help mix up the exercise. Good job on the yoga!
U go girl!! 8 lbs is awesome!!! I know what u mean about running hurting ur knees it hurts mine too. I like using the eliptical b/c then my knees don't hurt as much. I am so doing the opposite of you I am working out but eating horrible...haha!! Maybe we should be wtloss partners and help each other out!! And I would be on cloud nine if I was just 5 lbs away from my pre baby wt! :D YAY for you!!!
