Well, we have the office mostly packed up (except for the computer and printer) and we got the whole living room packed up on Tuesday night. Thankfully we knew that we'd be moving again eventually, so we didn't unpack every little thing we own. Only the things that I absolutely wanted to have (which included most decorations and pictures :) That has made packing a lot faster. We have a couple scheduled to look at our house on Friday. We are praying and hoping that they will want to rent the house. The guy will be working right up the road from our house at L3, so maybe they will be interested. I've still got to throw a little bag together for our trip tomorrow. We are just taking one carry on bag. I need to call the rental car company and see if they have car seats. I don't think so, but it's worth asking. If not then we will have to check Jakob's car seat. That is cheaper than paying for another seat though. I will take some pictures of our first flight and the town that we will be moving to. Hope you all have a great weekend. <3.

Don't forget to take your gps or rent a car with one. It will help in that big ole city of Miami. So excited for your first flight. You will love it. Carry gum to chew and a sippy cup for Jakob. Love you, M♥M
And don't forget a blanket for him! Those planes get pretty chilly and you don't want to share the plane blankets :P I'm soooo excited for you guys, can't wait to see the updates!
I find it much easier to bring my carseat with me if possible. I borrowed one from a friend once, but car rentals all should have them.
You can check carseat for free - or bring it with you to check at the gate (more assurance that it won't get lost on the way).
Some tips for the trip: A blanket is good. Snacks, sippy cup, wipes, diaper bag stuff and some toys. Be prepared to have to change him on your lap or just bring the wipes and 1 diaper into the bathroom. If it has a pull down table, there isn't a whole lot of room in there.Bring a stroller for the airport and plane. It's a good way to contain Jakey and move quickly through the airport. And it gives you a place to put things. You can gate check the stroller so all you do is bring it to the gate and pick it up from the gate. Good luck!!
Can't wait to hear how everything goes. Praying for the couple to rent and for safe travels!
seems like you are getting plenty of good advise from family and friends.
Have a safe trip and enjoy yourselves. Love you guys and I am so proud of you guys. Remember you can do anything together with GOD's guidance. Praying you will have a safe and fun trip. love Momma
Praying for you and have lots of fun!!!!!
