I LOVE THESE PICTURES!!! Seriously, the first one almost made me cry. Awe. So sweet. I cannot believe it. How fast a year went by.
It was so fun seeing the pictures of Jakey opening his presents. :)
And all the party pictures. Looks like an awesome time.
