My little house...
So our house is officially on the market. It is a bitter sweet feeling. I know in my head that even if we stayed here we would be needing a bigger house. This house was a nice starter home, but with Jakob and all his stuff it gets smaller every day. In my heart it will be hard to leave this house. It was our first house together. There are alot of memories that we have made in that house. Unfortunately I am not wealthy enough to keep that house and also buy a new one (lol), because I would...just because it is special to me. Don't know when the movers are coming yet, but we (meaning my husband) need to make an appointment for them to come out and pack stuff up. Jeremy is like most men and just assumes you call the people up a day before you're ready for them to come and they show up...I doubt that. Especially in a military area where people are constantly coming and going...anyways, still trying not to stress. Monday I'm gonna start packing up dishes and silverware, pots and pans, spices...things we will need in the apartment, also our clothing that we will not want in storage. The house is ready to be packed up and then we can get the carpets cleaned and paint the office. Time is going by fast, and I know it will get faster as the 25th approaches!!!

Try to remember that the Lord is in control and has been so good to put our minds at ease about this whole transition. He won't forsake you now. Just do what you can and ask Him for the rest. I love you guys and am very proud of you and, strangely enough, I'm excited for you all! Love, Mom
Is the 25th when you are leaving?That is really soon!I know what you mean about being attached to a house.I get sad when I think about ever moving out of the house that I brought my kids home to.Just get a big enough house in georgia that it can be your forever house.
Is Faith having a going away fellowship for you guys?
Yes, the 25th is the day we head to Georgia, and yes it is getting here very quickly!!! I'm sure they will have a going away fellowship for us, it will probably be the Sunday after Valentines day.
Wow, the 25th is really soon! We'll be working on moving around then too! So, I will definitely be feeling your pain. Fortunately mine is just down the road, so no huge drive in front of us, just alot of back and forth :) I'm really excited for you and I know you will absolutely love being in your new city. It's alot of fun to run around exploring and still being able to go back to FL will be a huge plus! And you prolly won't have to deal with Blizzards like us... LUCKY! B-)
I'm so excited for you. Yes, leaving will be bitter sweet, but like I said the other day, quite the adventure awaits you!! Is Stone Mountain (think that's the name of it) around you? A friend of mine was telling me how nice that area is the other day and it sounded like it was close to where ya'll will be.
